Happy New Year a few days late. I’m busy working away with my company LIFTstudios.com and training for a competition. The show will be March 31st in Boulder, Colorado. The Northern Colorado is an NPC show promoted by Jeff Taylor. I’m in the final stages of the Phil Heath Dvd which has been a long time in the making but it’s going to be a kick ass DVD.
