Carbohydrates

This was the hardest part to cut back on. The key here is that you are not cutting carbohydrates out all together. Many people think that you have to cut them entirely out. Not the case with the Body-for-Life plan. Some of the carbohydrates I have limited myself to include; wheat bread, potatoes, yogurt, apples, bannanas, and oranges..
