Creatine | Shakes | Bars | Fat-Burners | Misc. Misc. I take a multi-vitamin along with the other supplements. I take two multi-vitamins a day. I started taking them 2 weeks into the challenge. The multi-vitamin has added the extra vitamins I wasn't getting from the rest of my food and supplements. The vitamin I use is sold by GNC. I would recommend taking a multi-vitamin if you don't already do so. I also take HMB which is relatively new. There is a great article on it in the January issue of Muscle Media. I use HMB three times a day. They are in capsule form and one serving is 4 capsules. I feel they have added in my transformation process.
