Creatine | Shakes | Bars | Fat-Burners | Misc. CREATINE I take creatine once a day mixed with a protein shake. Use the Optimum Effervescent Creatine as I find it mixes better with the shakes. I also use EAS's product Phosphagen. They are both good products. I would recommend taking either of them. I feel that creatine has helped me put on muscle throughout my challenge.
